Who this is for (age)

Zorp is for players 13 and up. By using this site or joining our email list, you confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use this site or submit your email.

Using the site

You may use Zorp's games and pages for your own enjoyment. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its games, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Our stuff

The Zorp name, the games, the art, and the code are ours unless stated otherwise. Playing a game does not transfer ownership of it to you.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep things running and fun, but we cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zorp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or its games.
